Christina Milian was born September 26th, 1981 on the 26th of September, 1981 in Jersey City New Jersey United States. She is one of the wealthiest and most well-known R&B singers. A pop/R&B artist, her debut single A.M. To P.M. in 2001 was ranked as the third highest-ranked UK Singles Chart. In addition to acting, she was given her first lead role in the comedy of 2003 starring teens in the role Love Don't Cost a Dime. She was in the film Ghosts of Girlfriends Past starring Jennifer Garner. She took an unplanned break from music to shoot Bring It On: Fight to the Finish. The moment Milian returned to her musical career, she devoted her time to promoting her debut single Us Against the World and recorded the music video. Milian states that in the past, she's been more precise with the music that I'd like to feature on the album. The songs recorded for the album included the Madonna-inspired 1990s ballad, Stay Euro-club's Tug of War and the good-time song Diamonds which featured Kanye West. Pitbull and Rick Ross also appeared on Blissful, a track produced by Cool & Dre. Milian recorded two tracks for the soundtrack to Be Cool, a sequel to Get Shorty starring John Travolta along with Uma Thurman. She then played a leading role in Pulse which also featured Kristen Bell, Ian Somerhalder as well as other actors. This remake was inspired by Kairo, a film Kairo from 2001. Japanese film Kairo as well as adapted and helmed by Wes Craven. The filming of the movie took place in Romania which was difficult for Milian. She was subject to racial abuse as well as discovering her ex-boyfriend Nick Cannon had cheated on her. Milian played in two videogames: Def Jam Vendetta (2003) in which she was Angel an Mob boss's girlfriend. In Birmingham, Alabama she was educated and was interested in performing as a teenager. Her first choice was to enroll at Mount Vernon College to study Architecture in Washington DC. However, within a couple of years, she left the college to pursue acting as a career. Her debut film role Down Twisted. The actress became well-known after she played a key part in Scream. The film was a massive commercial success, and made around 11 times the budget. Also, the critics praised the film. She reprised her part in the three subsequent sequels to the movie. Her fame soared to new heights after she played a main part in the cult sitcom Friends. There were numerous nominations and awards for her performances. The show aired for ten years. The most recent work she has done is an appearance in the film drama Mothers and Daughters. She has won several awards, including the TV Guide Award and Golden Derby Award.
